Chicken breast with mushroom sauce

Creamy mushroom sauce is what chicken out from the crowd. And if you want to impress, shows the name of French preparation: Supremes by Volaille aux Champignons.


Ingredients

100 g fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped 5 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 4 chicken breast halves without skin, salt, white pepper, ground


Method for preparing
Preheat oven to 200C / gas treapa 6. Rub chicken breasts with lemon juice and sprinkle them with salt and white pepper.

Melt the butter in a round baking dish (diameter 25 cm) and cook in it, over medium heat until browned onions. Add mushrooms and cook them for 1-2 minutes with a little salt. Put the chicken in the dish and found the heat and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Cover baking dish with a lid and put the chicken in the oven.

After 10 minutes remove it and test the meat. If when you press your finger is still soft. May be left in the oven for 3-5 minutes. The meat is ready when it seems elastic to the touch.

Remove chicken breasts to a heated platter, but leave mushrooms in bowl to make sauce over them. Pour in the broth and wine bowl over mushrooms mixed with butter. Boil them over high heat until the liquid becomes thick like a syrup.

Pour and mix and whipped cream and continue boiling until the mixture becomes creamy. Stop fire condiemnteaza with salt and pepper to taste and add a few drops of lemon juice.

Pour sauce over chicken and serve it sprinkled with parsley.
