Chicken soup and melted cheese soup is easy to prepare and flavorful. Ideal for winter when you need something warm.
Ingredients
500 g chicken breast
400g melted cheese
150 g rice
400 g potatoes
150 g carrots
150 g onions

salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil the chicken in a saucepan with 3 liters of water, season with salt and pepper. After giving first boil gather foam, chicken still simmer about one quarter of an hour and remove from pan. Add rice, broth and simmer 10 minutes. Finely chop onion, grated carrot is given and peptic potatoes and cut chicken into cubes. All the ingredients all add to the pan. When vegetables are cooked add cheese, mix well and remove from heat. Chicken soup and melted cheese served with chopped greens. BIG appetite!
